Our story

Design and code, finally in step

We built Koala UI so a design and its code could never drift apart again. Here is how we work.

The team planning a release around a wall of sticky notes
Why teams switch

Three reasons, and the proof for each

Every claim on this page is something you can check in a free trial. Here are the three that matter most, and what backs each one.

Every source, in one place

Billing, product, and support data sync into one workspace, so the numbers match in every meeting.

  • Connect a source in a few clicks, no scripts
  • Syncs every five minutes, around the clock
  • One definition per metric, shared by every team
  • History kept for as long as your plan runs

Secure to the last record

Access is not a setting bolted on at the end. Every view, export, and API call checks the same rules.

  • Roles and groups, never one-off exceptions
  • Single sign-on and SCIM on every plan
  • An audit trail for every change and export
  • Encrypted at rest and in transit, always

Ready for the whole team

Analysts are the easy half. Koala UI also serves the people who just need an answer before Monday.

  • Dashboards anyone can read without training
  • Scheduled reports sent to email or Slack
  • Comments and mentions on every chart
  • Keyboard shortcuts for the power users

A small team with a long attention span

We stay small on purpose. Every person here ships work you can open in the docs today, and every one of them reads the support inbox.

See it work, chapter by chapter

Click through the chapters. Each one brings its canvas forward on the left.

  1. Four themes and eight accents flow from one token layer, so every screen restyles in a single switch with nothing hard-coded.

  2. Every component shares one recipe language, snapping together into finished pages without a line of custom CSS.

  3. Staggered entrances, spring presses, and scroll-driven reveals ship in the box, each one tuned to feel right by default.

  4. Copy the source, paste it into your app, and it reads as finished on the very first render, in every theme.

Teams that have outgrown a spreadsheet but do not want an enterprise rollout. Product, marketing and operations groups of five to two hundred people get the most out of it.
