1. Your license

When you buy Koala UI you get a perpetual license to use the components, sections and templates in as many projects as your plan covers. The source is yours to change, and you can keep using the version you have even if you never renew.

2. What you can build

You can use Koala UI to build products for yourself, for your employer or for your clients, including:

• Websites and web applications, commercial or not.
• Internal tools and dashboards used by your team.
• Client projects, once per client, delivered as a finished product.

3. What you can't do

You can't resell or redistribute Koala UI as a component library, a UI kit or a template of its own, and you can't publish its source where people who haven't bought a license can install it.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are one-time and include tax where it applies. If Koala UI isn't right for you, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

5. Updates

Your license includes every update to the components, sections and templates published during the term of your plan. We announce each release in the changelog before it ships.

6. Liability

Koala UI is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accessible and reliable, but we can't be liable for how it is used in your product, beyond the amount you paid for your license.

7. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and email every license holder at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
