How we work

From the first visit to the last key.

Every house and interior we take on runs the same four stages, each signed off on paper before the next one starts.

Book a site visit

  1. Stage 01: Site surveyand brief

    We measure every room, read the light at four times of day and write the brief with you, line by line.

  2. Stage 02: Conceptand drawings

    Three plan options, then one. Sections, elevations and a 1:20 model you can hold before a wall moves.

    Duration5 to 7 weeks

  3. Stage 03: Materialsand permits

    Samples on your table, a costed schedule from our joiners and the permit set filed with the city.

    Duration4 to 6 weeks

  4. Stage 04: Buildand handover

    Site visits every Tuesday, a snag list closed within 10 days and the keys with a maintenance book.

    Duration14 to 22 weeks
