Koala UIA shared support inbox, ready to drop in. The conversations, the open thread with a reply box, and the customer's card side by side in three panes, with every action wired: read state, status, pinning, archiving and replies.

The shell is the docked Layout with the rail folded to its icon column (defaultCollapsed) and three LayoutPanes on the sheet, each opened by a LayoutPaneHeader so their rules meet in one line. The conversations are a List under a search field, a folder Select and line Tabs. The reading pane opens on a Toolbar, shows attachments as FileCards, folds earlier messages with Collapsible and closes on a Textarea reply box. The contact pane is an Avatar over three DescriptionLists, and an EmptyState answers a search with no results.
Responsive#
Each preview renders inside an iframe, so the screen's breakpoints respond to the frame width. From xl all three panes show; from lg to xl the contact pane drops and the conversation takes its width. Below lg the list stands alone under the mobile bar, and opening a conversation swaps it in with a back button, the way a mail app works on a phone.
