🎉 We’re introducing Templates!
For us, templates are crucial. At Koala, we provide access to the UI Kit, pages, and blocks, but we also want to introduce templates.

This will be highly relevant for our users, as it will enable those with less design, conversion, and SEO knowledge to begin working on a solid, pre-started, well-thought-out design...

Getting Started

Discover the inside of the Design System and the important aspects to consider for a maximum experience.

Have any doubt?

Pages & Blocks is the product that allows designers and users to create pages almost infinitely.

Blocks

Blocks are all the sections that make up a web page. There are over 400 blocks or sections in the document for you to customize your pages to your liking.

It's important to mention that blocks are designed to increase customization possibilities, but this will affect performance, SEO, and conversion if you don't follow our guidelines or our pages.

Pages

Pages are all the blocks or sections together, but with a very specific order to optimize the conversion and structure of each page. Pages are simply the blocks placed by conversion and SEO experts.

To create a website, we recommend starting with the pages and then changing the variations of each block, but always starting from the pages, so you ensure minimal impact on conversion.

Themes

In Koala, there are 3 modes:

  • Light
  • Dark
  • Cream

These modes are designed to increase customization possibilities. It's worth noting that it's possible to use all 3 modes at once. In other words, you can have a hero section in light mode, a footer in dark mode, and a features section in cream mode.

Modes

In parallel with the themes, we have created modes. Modes are basically border radius styles. For now, there are:

  • Sharp
  • Rounded
  • Full

As in the previous section, there was no problem mixing themes, but here it is a problem. To maintain maximum consistency in design, we recommend using only 1 mode.

Consistency

To get the most out of Koala, it's important to mention that Koala is designed as a starting point, so you have a base to work from and not start a project from a blank canvas. Each project is unique, and we recommend that you use Koala's pages, blocks, modes, and themes uniquely in each project. We even recommend modifying the typography for an extra level of customization.
